KLARNA - HOW DOES IT WORK?

Klarna allows online shoppers to purchase their favorite items and pay in 4 installments, due every 2 weeks. How?

 

After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you ASAP.

At any time, you can log in to your Klarna account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise the payment will be automatically deducted from your debit or credit card every 2 weeks.

 

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
you’ll need:

  • A US bank account
  • To be 18+ years old
  • A US billing address

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
If your basket is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Klarna, the option will be presented at checkout. After confirming your phone number, you will receive a SMS to confirm your identity. You will then set up your payment method with Klarna and accept the terms of your payment plan.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e., Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.

HOW DO I PAY IN 4 INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS?
Select the 4 interest free instalments option to split your purchase into 4 equal payments that will be taken every 2 weeks starting at the time of your order. No bills needed. 
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE KLARNA?
Klarna orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any normal order. Visit our Shipping page for more information.

WHERE CAN I USE KLARNA?

WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY?
Please reach out to Klarna’s customer service team and they’ll be happy to look into the options available. You can contact them 24/7 in the Klarna app or at klarna.com.

ARE THERE ANY LATE FEES?
A late payment fee of up to $10 will be charged to your account if funds are not available when the automatic payment is due. However, Klarna will always email you first to let you know the payment was unsuccessful. Please see terms for full details.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH KLARNA?
Klarna returns will follow our usual standard returns process. Please see our return page for more information. Your total balance will be updated once the return has been processed and any remaining payments are automatically adjusted from the last instalment. Any payments already made will be refunded back to the original payment method.
