HOW DO I SIGN UP?
If your basket is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Affirm, the option will be presented at checkout. After confirming your phone number, you will receive a SMS to confirm your identity. You will then set up your payment method with Affirm and accept the terms of your payment plan.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Affirm currently accepts all major debit, bank accounts and credit cards (i.e., Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover). Please note, Capital one and prepaid cards are not accepted. 

HOW DO I PAY IN 4 INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS?

Select the 4 interest free instalments option to split your purchase into 4 equal payments that will be taken every 2 weeks starting at the time of your order. No bills needed. 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFFIRM?

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AFFIRM?

Affirm returns will follow our usual standard returns process. Please see our return page for more information. Your total balance will be updated once the return has been processed and any remaining payments are automatically adjusted from the last instalment. Any payments already made will be refunded back to the original payment method.
